Capture Private Customer Feedback

Capturing private customer feedback is important.

It allows us to track what features are the most highly requested and will have the biggest impact on our ability to sell and support customers.

1. Sign In to UserVoice Private Customer Feedback Portal

Click the Microsoft Icon to Sign In using your Office 365 credentials

Enter:

  • Customer's Email: Enter the customer/propect's email. This allows us to track which customer made the request, and which customer the vote came from. Don't worry, we won't send the customer any email.
  • Customer's Feedback: Describe the feedback/idea from the customer's point of view. Any detail on the business problem that the customer is trying to solve is useful. Try to capture the user who wants the problem solved (eg. space planner), what their problem is and the value there is in solving it.
  • Blocker:Tick this if the prospect will not sign up to Serraview without this feature
  • Related Idea:Search for the related idea in the public forum if it already and select it if this idea has already been lodged by someone else. If you can't find a similar request, use the menu item to create a new idea in the public forum. Note: You should not ener any customer specific details in the public forum as everyone can see what you enter there
  • Subscribe Customer to Future Status Updates: Keep this unchecked so that the customer does not get any emails.

Click Save. The vote for this idea will have just gone up by 1. Thank you!
